Products All Candy Jam Boutique products are hand-made and custom ordered just for you by Mommies. The entire collection of Candy Jam products are created, tested and used by tots and mommies, with child safety in mind. Only the highest quality of fabrics is used to make our products. Please be aware that some fabrics may be retired without notice. Fabrics may vary in color and texture. These variations are not flaws or defects, rather the normal qualities of handcrafted products. Great care has been taken to describe and portray our Candy Jam items accurately. We have done our best to display the colors of the products as close to the real colors as possible. As the display of the colors depends on your monitor, we can not guarantee the monitor's display of the colors is accurate. We are not responsible for custom monogramming or personalization ordered in the wrong order or misspelled, unless it is an error on our part. Monogramming order for initials is as follows: first name, last name, middle name. The personalization thread color is based on fabric color and pattern, and is chosen by a Candy Jam Boutique designer. The placement for personalization is also determined by Candy Jam and occurs, but is not limited to, the following places: the bottom center of the Burpie; the center of the Bib; the bottom center of the "My Minky" Snuggle Blanket; the bottom right hand corner of the Small and Large Blanket; the center of the Tooth Fairy Pillow; the center of the long and short sleeved Bodysuit; and the center front flap on the Booty Bag. Returns We want to make sure our customers love their Candy Jam Boutique items as much as we do! All pieces of the Candy Jam Boutique collection are by custom order. Candy Jam Boutique gladly accepts exchanges on non-personalized, unused and unwashed merchandise within 14 days, less shipping costs. All personalized items are non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges unless directly purchased from us. So please double check your order before submitting it to Candy Jam Boutique. All exchanges/returns must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Please contact us at admin@CandyJamBoutique.com first for a return authorization and shipping address. Shipping Since all Candy Jam Boutique items are handcrafted and custom made just for you, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We ship via the United States Postal Service and FedEx. Once the package is in the care of the delivery service, Candy Jam Boutique is not responsible if the services do not deliver packages in time. International Shipping International Shipping Rates including Alaska & Hawaii will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Our Candy Jam Boutique website does not calculate international shipping rates. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. All International Orders are subject to review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as canceled if we feel the payment is not legitimate.
